New Sheridan Chop House Situated in Telluride's most historic building, The New Sheridan Chophouse provides a unique culinary treat. The diverse menu prides itself on USDA Prime beef, farm fresh game, the freshest seafood, pastas and numerous vegetarian delights. Children's menus are available. The extensive wine list offers over 100 vintages (30 by the glass), with many hard to find and unique wines at a very affordable rate. A full bar is also available.
