Restaurant Just steps from the gondola in
the luxurious Hotel Columbia. In the main dining room,
owner Chad Scothorn offers fine dining with generous
portions and outstanding ingredients. His menu changes
weekly, always offering diverse cuisines, including
French, Southwestern, American and Thai.
Though
the overall approach is "fusion," you'll never find
crossed cultures on one plate. No matter what you order,
the Cosmo has the perfect complementary wine. Choose

nightly, enduring the freshest ingredients. Having
cooked in Napa Valley, Paris, and New Orleans, Chef
Eliza H.S. Goodall combines her influences and prepares
exceptional dishes with a wide variety of tastes. A

Situated
in Telluride's most historic building, The New Sheridan
Chophouse provides a unique culinary treat. The diverse
menu prides itself on USDA Prime beef, farm fresh game,
the freshest seafood, pastas and numerous vegetarian
delights. Children's menus are available. The extensive
wine list offers over 100 vintages (30 by the glass),
with many hard to find and unique wines at a very
affordable rate. A full bar is also available. Local's
favorites include the Cowboy Steak, the Mixed Game Grill
(the Chef's daily selection of three game meats), and
the Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna with Ginger Soy Glaze. Open
nightly at 6pm. Reservations recommended.
